    360 pushups a day? Holy crap. That's fantastic! How long did it take you to get to that point?
    I am now up to 510 ( 17 sets of 30 in one hour) I started off 7 months ago doing 120. I also do 300 crunches a day now.

    the number seems to go up as the weight comes down. Will post a picture when I get to Bahrain later today and have a good wifi signal, but my weight is now down to 207lbs.

    Just read all these posts, That is impressive work. I was in your shoes a few years back and basically addicted to sleep meds. Got off all that junk and have never felt better - Best wishes with it, you stud : )

    201.9 lbs. 700 push-ups today( last day on rig, have been doing 600 for the last two weeks) still just 300 crunches, but will bump that up 50 a day until it hurts.

    I've been knocking out 200 in a 20 minute time span lately despite my back hurting due to other injuries from my time in the army. Been feeling pretty good when tacked on with my 2 miles a day walk I do. Needing a new belt soon, not enough holes to tighten it up. Down to about 175 from 185. Goal is 165 and that should remove what is left of the mini tire that I have.
