I will be heading to Brownsville, TX sometime in October for a medical internship at Valley Baptist Medical Center Brownsville....any of you yayhoos from that area!? I know nothing about it (other than I will be coming down well armed) and am looking for a little information!

Can you retrain to be a midwife? The Valley Baptist Medical Center gets daily runs of ambulances filled with pregnant Mexican women from Matamoros who want their babies to be born in America. For some reason, any ambulance with siren and lights flashing gets over the international bridge with no hindrance whatsoever.
