    Too clean. Looks good though.

I agree. You're making me look bad.

Got all 1100 45s sized. Have about 300 223s that needed to be done red and primed so I started on those. Should be done tonight though. Also picked up a powder trickler and a new powder funnel.

I keep my press upstairs I clamp it to the bench. Figure it may not rust as easily if I store it inside.

It's not always that clean, but I usually clean up when I'm done.

Last weekend I tumbled all my dirty brass, and accidentally tumbled some 308’s that I had already primed. Today I used 15 of them while I was doing load workups and all fired great.

On a side note I figured out my Savage loves the 175 grain SMK’s, but my AR prefers the 168 grain SMK’s. Both have 20” barrels with 5R rifling.

I also figured out the Hornady 178 grain BTHP Match projectiles fly all kinds of crazy directions after you exceed 43 grains of Varget. They do OK at 42 - 43 grains, but nowhere near Match quality.

I'm never done... So it's never clean...

    Love the "step stool"

Thanks! She insists on helping ng me.with everything. I was staining and finishing a bench in building so they couldn't help with that but wanted something to do.

EDIT: the ammo cans we're not pushed together because that's where the hot lava flowed through and burned a hole... She wanted me.to stand on them too but I was moving around way to much finishing the bench and legs.

Yep, after raising 4 daughters when small they can't help you enough. Enjoy it. It's fleeting because later they are helping you grow gray hairs and no hairs. Love them anyway. My oldest is sneaking up on 52.

Coated 20 lbs of bullets with HiTek. Sized 15 lbs of bullets, cleaned my Canik, wet tumbled all the .44 Mag brass I bought at the scrap yard, loaded 400 rounds of 9mm. Then the feather child told me it was time to come in the house.

I have 4 daughters as well. The older 2 (12 & 13) are already graying me...

I was running another coat of poly on my bench and the girls kept bugging me so I put them back to work. Today they're sizing 100 pieces of nickel 357. I thought they were pretty easy but as you can see the 9yo is really putting her weight into it. The 4yo is just kinda handing off cases to her.

I figured I'd clean my bench a little before another picture, too, so I guess they're motivating me a little.

    Edit... Forgot the pic!

I've got to deal with the "box." You know the one. It gets the culls. Primer missing, backwards, bullet got set funky, military brass that doesn't have enough of the crimp removed....

How many 380 cases did you find?
    You separate them by hand?

Learned an easy trick a while back incase you don't know it (or for anybody else).

Dump your brass over a case holder or plastic insert from factory ammo. Shake it until they are all in the holes. Usually the head falls in first but it doesn't really matter.

Looking at the side makes it easy to tell which are 9mm or 380 (or 357/ 38, 40/10mm, 44 Mag/ Special, etc.)

I did this the other day to separate 38 and 357. Works great. Much easier than trying to read the stamps.

I usually pick them out while resizing 9s as well. I just set them aside and when I'm done with the batch I'll take the 380s and set them in the bag/box/bucket with the rest of the 380s.

I just primed and flared the 100 357s the girls deprimed for me. I have some 140gr XTPs to load but when I checked my powder drawer I found im low on h110. I thought about using some of the AA7 I picked up for the 10mm but then I remembered I still have 50 454s to load as well. I'll stop and pickup a pound of h110 tomorrow and get the 357s and the 454s both loaded up the next few days.
