For this old dog, I can’t change my spots!

I have so much time with case feeding with my left hand I wouldn’t know what to do with it on a Dillon.

You would feed projectiles. When I shifted to a Dillon, it took me about 10 minutes to find my groove. After that it was 2nd nature. And I haven’t lost my touch on the rockchucker either.

Blue won’t be happening in this closet and I told you why: too much tooledge for the LNL for me to change, I’m too old to change and I don’t honk I could hang with two hands doing two different things. It’s a recipe for mikey to chop off part of a thumbprint!

Somewhere along the line I heard(read or watched a video)keep your right hand on the handle of the LNL and you won’t have any issues. In my case this is true.

Right hand pulls the handle, left hand places the bullet. That's what I do with my 650s.

Sized 35 lbs of coated 9mm bullets. Thankfully the Star with the NOE push through adaptor makes it a lot easier.

Then I loaded up 100 rounds of 9mm to try in my new Sig P365.

    New dies on the way.
I checked the front porch and mailbox.
3 times each, so far today.
Ran some once fired brass through the vibratory cleaner.

You done jumped in with both feet. Nice.
I figured if I'm gunna reload, I might as well load for most calibers I shoot & make it worth my while @ the press. I dont have much 9mm to reload right now, but the other day I jumped on a deal for 5k 9mm once shot cases cleaned & shipped for $155. Now to find a deal on bullets.

The real cost savings comes from loading rifle rounds IMO. I tend to shoot commercial pistol loads due to the low price these days. But rifle ammo is almost always cheaper to load. 6.5 cm, 30-06, 45 SOCOM for sure, but other usually so too.

I bought some once-fired 45acp brass from my LGS $20 for 400. Not a great deal but not a bad price either...plus I'm supporting a local business.

Oh and I bought 500 hitek coated .452 bullets from ACME...and 500 9mm as well. May have bought 1000 large pistol primers while I was at it.

If my wife asks, I just bought brass.

That though revolver cartridges and 10mm seem to be as well. I don't think I'll be reloading 9mm anytime soon as it's just not worth it right now. 45 ACP is barely worth it but it was a good place to start.

My next cartridge I will be reloading is an appropriate load for my Garand. Already have the dies and some brass. Need components now.

SQLgeek, I've been loading 10mm for a number of years but within the last three months I learned you can load perfectly safe 10mm using 40 cal cases with SPP. you just need to load to 10mm length!

I'll try and remember to post pics when I get home from taking the sammichmaker to the airport.

Some day she's gonna walk up behind me and el kabong me with a frying pan. I just know it, and with the little one about to granualate she doesn't have much reason to keep me around!

Since I always say, don't believe it unless it's in print, the info on 10mm/40 cases came from glocktalk!

I question the wisdom of doing that just because autoloading cartridges headspace on the case mouth. I suppose it could be ok with light loads.

If she does, can we split up your reloading equipment? ;)

That's what I thought, too but not true.

I shoot 40 out of my g20 with a stock barrel all the time.

Sure, but the ammo is spoken for by my buddy who stashed my 15 crates of X39 & 7.62 when my warehouse got inspected & sold!
