That's a pretty cool video. I took my dad and my father in law out on separate trips in February. We we taking turns using the AR at 300 yards and using the Ruger with the 6-24 to spot. It was the first time I've ever actually seen vapor trail before it was pretty cool to watch!

Something besides trace that's really cool to see is the bullet in flight. If the conditions are perfect with the sun at your back you can get sun light reflecting off the base of the bullet. Usually you get trace too along with this scenario. Another is shooting steal at night in the dark targets in the 300-500yd range look like a sparkler going off when the bullet hits.

    I'll match you one.

Sun in front and catching a reflection off the side of the bullet.

Sun would hit me in the eye if I moved off scope and almost peeked in through my sunshade.

It was pretty crazy to see that.

I've shot into the sun a few times but haven't seen that yet.

Measured 5pcs of this gunwerks brass for interal capacity to compare to the hornady I've ran for a while. It was a small sample size but the numbers are darn impressive. It was a bit smaller capacity so I jumped into to quickload and came up with a couple loads to try based off estimated speeds for the node I'm in with the hornady. It's compressed a touch but I think it will work out well.

Sun behind you and spotting for a shooter using a .44 Magnum with jacketed bullets at 200 meters. It's fascinating to watch that little bright dot of gilding metal catch the sun and see it arc into the target. You can usually pick up sight of the bullet at 50-75 meters and you have plenty of time to witness that graceful flight.

I broke a decapping pin on my RCBS 45-70 die. That’s the 2nd decapping been I’ve broken in the last month. I’ve only broken 3 since I started reloading.
