    Gotcha :)

TSX is my favorite hunting bullet in 30-06, 308/7.62 and my go to swine round is the 110 TSX in 6.8mm SPC which I load hot (see 100 yd 5-shot group as avatar from my old CMMG 6.8)

I also run them in my AR15s - in the form of 70 gr TSX rnds, loaded hot (along with my custom loaded PR 100gr 5.56 experimental rounds that like the 300 BO are best inside 200 yards)

I've used the 150gr TSX in .308 and was perfectly satisfied with the results.

Went through a sow breaking her neck and shoulder, then nearly split a piglet in half.

Today I realized just how much 38, 40, and 45 I have laying around... I don't have anything that will shoot those. I have dies for 38 and 45 still and I still save brass for them. Does anyone else have this problem?

I've also been looking up load data for the new powder. I have to use a little more than I did with titegroup and 231, but it should still be worth it. Gonna go start loading some 9s with 124gr HSTs over 3 different charges to test out.

Anyone want to trade some rifle powder for some pistol powder?!? Honestly I though 33 pounds would have been bigger. One pound can shown for size reference. b25fbd6f9380f254c1f12d8aa650bcca.jpg

Sounds like a good excuse to buy more guns to me!

Guns have only two enemies: rust and politicians!

Just looking for something I can load 223 with. I've been using h335 but open to anything that works good.

On a side note, how is h4198 for 223? Still have some from my AK days laying around but heard it doesn't ignite well in 223?

The pressure curve is not right for an AR. It will work if the load is just right but may take some work to find it.

Definitely not something I would buy to load for an AR with. Many better choices available.
