    Tyler "suburbs"... :)
I was under the impression that was a very fussy cartridge to reload. What have you learned?
Don't tumble, let alone with a solvent, like I do the rest of my brass.
It'll strip the thin polymer coating off the brass creating more friction in (PS-90, and other 5.7 double-stack) mags.
Use an ultrasoinic cleaner to clean the brass.

55+gr projectiles can tumble as the 1:9.1 in twist PS-90 barrel likes lighter bullets.

Blue vs. Red tipped 40gr V-MAX tip color is only cosmetic.

    Don't over-crimp.

    Don't chase MAX-Loads.

Might be able to reload it for about $0.25/rd(, if one already has primers bought in bulk).

Looks like I need to add yet-another powder, or two to what I use, BUT even one pound should go a long way....

Reloaded 45 rounds of 45 Colt...185 grain swaged lead SWC over three different powders, 15 round each - Red Dot, TiteGroup and Bullseye. Trying to build some low-recoil rounds to use to teach new shooters the wonders of the revolver. Hopefully this new-to-me Taurus Judge will give an acceptable performance with at least one of these loads, so I can continue to use it while shooting with the son-in-law, granddaughter and nephew.
Please let me know how you like the Titegroup. I'm looking for something to transition into from my Red Dot and Bullseye when all of that is used up.
    Thanks

Just curious, is there a reason you would not just order more red dot or Bullseye. Is it an availability issue, or do you just want to try something different?

I have the components for reloading this cartridge also, but yet to load any. Keeping the bras as original as possible is key to proper function. I've had too many with the finish coming off. If I can get the case right then I'm going to load some 62gr LAP for the ps90. Keeping the powder at very restrictive weights and consistent on keeping it from being over pressure or under pressure for that fact is key. I do have some Z-max (zombie lime green tip version of the V-max) 50gr could be fun.

As promised here are some photos of my reloading workbench and area that I’ve been working on for the last couple weeks. The drawers will be shadowbox once I find a reasonable price on toolbox foam. And I still have some more drawers to build for the other cabinets and mount the inline fabrication plate, but getting there.

Both craftsman workbenches www cut down for the spaces and are on wheels so they can be moved to the center of the room to work on other projects as needed.

Got some Barnes match bullets for my 6.5 creedmoor, 140 grain BTHP, and I went today to check some different seating depths. Started about.020 off the lands and worked all the way to .045. The first 4 groups (.020, .025, .030, & .035) all shot decent groups close to point of aim. When I got to .040 the groups shifted almost an inch from point of aim. The groups opened a bit too, but I’ve never seen an impact shift like that, especially from only a 5 thousandths difference, from .035 to .040. Brass from all the groups looked about the same, so I don’t think there were any pressure spikes, besides I’ve always heard the closer you get to jam, the more you have to worry about pressure, not the other way.

I use the cheap Walmart sleeping pads and exercise pads for shadowing my toolboxes

    Last week-
did some 6.5 CM Load development with 147gr ELD-M and Superperformance powder. Found a nice node. now to chrono

Shot my 308 175 load and 6.5 cm 140 load out to 1200 for a class. Got a drop chart for both now.

This week- shot some 30-06 loads I made for a friend and did some reverse engineering to compare 30-06 Hornady super performance loads to mine. I was getting 2975-2990 fps from a 24” barrel with 168gr ELDM’s

    chronographed some 308 168gr SMK loads with IMR 4064, 3/4” groups @100. 2665 fps avg. ES- 40 sd-9

Wondering what loading you were seeing that accuracy node at with the 147 ELD’s and the Superformance powder? I picked up a couple boxes of the 147’s last week, so I was looking through my book to see where I loaded them at last time, and I have a load worked up at 45 grains and .025 off the lands. But I don’t have any accuracy notes or chrono data wrote down. I can’t remember if I just forgot to record the data, or I just wasn’t happy with the numbers, and wanted to play around with it some more.

44.3 gr Superperformance with the 147 gr ELD-M appeared to be the $. The couple higher chg weights were also damn good. Could probably go in the middle with 44.5-44.7 gr for a poor man’s OCW. That out of a savage 10T-SR Target barrel. Im about .050” off the lands with a coal of 2.820” EE97343F-B4B9-4846-AB12-48416DF87516.jpeg

Those 140 gr match burners shot extremely well in my savage 10T, 6.5 CM. Played with seating depth a bit and ended up with 2.810 & a .77 group off a bipod and rear bag at 100yds . 44.2 of H4350, runnin 2820 fps with low es and sd of 8. Probably a little fast but it was 100* + when I shot that
