I had already ordered this when we had that discussion. Besides, we gonna have a range day first.

    And it was $218 delivered.

LOL, I got the same response, not on here, when I bought a Ruger 10/22 takedown a couple months ago. I had plan to buy my 1911 last month (little did I know life would delay that). My response at the time was "but the price was right!".

    Colt SAA from 1911.

I have seen these gun on consignment for about 10 months now at one of my LGS.

It started at $1099 and went down to $899. This week it dropped to $599.

It is a shooter and it has been refinished in the past and aftermarket sights have been added. I love the grips.

There is something about the 4 clicks a COLT SAA makes that gets me smiling.

I went by and tried to haggle the price down but the owner was gonna stick to $599.

10 minutes later I walked out the with it for $648.42 after taxes.

Stopped at my other LGS and brought 38-40 ammo, not cheap.

I will be going this weekend to the range to try it out.

Actually Wed nite but I need to fill in a little background. Several months ago I saw a lightly used Kimber Micro 9 at a very good price at GrabaGun. I needed a Glock 17 for other reasons so passed although I didn't want to. That night I told my BIL about it. The next day he went up there and bought it. Then drove 65 mi to my house to gloat. That's the background. Wed nite I told him about a Glock 30 and a bunch of ammo for sale on here. He wanted it so I texted and waited. The guy called and the deal was made. He then asked if I wanted to buy the Kimber. So we settled on a price a and I handed him the cash (keeps him from changing his mind) and he went home and got it and the deal was done. He bought Glock 30 the next day and I get part of the 45 ammo. Grin. Anyway here it is. It is in the original box and the Kimber pistol rug. Has 3 7 rnd mags with pinky extension, a holster, and came with a box of Critical Defense and Winchester FMJ ammo. I was happy and here's the proof.
