Just drove almost 4 hours to rescue a HK 91 from a pawn shop. Between the price and wearing a mask I felt like I stole it View attachment 241493

Oof, just got rid of a PTR. Would love to get a real HK91 someday.

No firearms but did buy a sheitload of ammo from an estate. Paid .16 per round for a mix of 9, 45, 38 and some rifle cartridges. About 10k rounds. In boxes. Like gold these days. NFS. Bummed, got a new .22 and there was none in there.

Found an AR online to add to the collection, around. $800. Rock River “Rage.” It will soon be headed out to the FFL in town. I want to make sure I have enough rifles in our family armory, in case any funny business does get legally passed in the legislature regarding ARs. We are still about two ARs short.

Then once I get them all we will have a big boating event and hopefully nothing tragic will happen.

I have of late looked for lowers and I didn’t have much luck and my learning curve with building will be hell to overcome. I can get there if I have to. But...Nice to pick one up and get that done with.
