    Gunz are icky.
    Picked this one up today.
    Remington 1911 .45 Commander.
Nice trigger. Novak style sights. Some kind of hard chrome finish. Checkered front strap.
    Me likie.
With Remington now gone maybe a collectible one day?

It felt kinda Texas-ish so I put on some appropriate grips.

I had a plain stainless R1 and a blued Enhanced and never had any problems with either one. They were only sold to fund other guns and not because they were shit.

I've had the 5 inch Remingtons and they shot well. Sadly, I don't have a Remington now. I need a Commander size 1911 or two, all of mine are 5 inch guns.

Bought two .22 rifles, first is a Winchester Wildcat just because I recently read about it in the American Rifleman magazine and the price was right, two Benjamins and an Andy Jackson. Next was a 10/22 that was a good price. I have a bull barrel, an improved trigger, an Archangel stock, a poly recoil bar, extended mag release, and a Vortex Rimfire scope for a build project.

Picked up my second Zastava Arms M70 ZPAP today. This one is more traditional than the last, this model is with maple wood furniture. These latest Zastava M70 sticks are a great value in the AK World, even at current market prices.

I plan on coating the maple with Linseed Oil when I have the time to do so.

Gunbroker. Prices have dropped a few hundred $’s as it appears more supply has hit the market. I still paid about $200 over retail but not the $1600+ these were going for about a month ago.

    Ordered a mossberg maverick 88 18.5” barrel with 3” chamber for a truck gun…
My first gunbroker order. Should have it next week.
It will be a truck gun with 00 buck
With shipping and tax was only $308.
Probably one of the best pump shotguns ever made. It was my older brother's first shotgun and his came with the 18" barrel and the long bird hunting barrel. It has been used for over 20 years and has never failed. A cousin has the same combination and it's the only shotgun he has.

If I remember correctly, back then it was less than $300 for the shotgun with 2 barrels and a pistol grip.
