Ordered a ARC Nucleus Gen 2 LH receiver, and a 20" Rock Creek 1-7 twist 5R barrel chambered in 223 Remington with .100" freebore for 75 gr and heavier bullets.
Also another KRG Bravo chassis and Trigger Tech Special trigger.

    Time for another custom build!

Ordered a Pietta 1858 DLX TEXAS NICKEL ENGRAVED .44 8 " UI today. I wanted a show gun for the first time. This one seemed prime for me! Mad John made some suggestions and I found this one.

I got an R-25 in .308 a few years ago in the same color scheme. I put a Nikon Coyote scope on it

and had the barrel threaded for my suppressor. I've taken several deer and pigs with it using Hog Hammer 168 gr bullets

I am debating purchasing a PSA Blemished upper and PSA blemished lower. Of course, now that I think of it, I just had the high bid on that Remington R-15 and really do not know if I need a 5th AR style weapon since that and a couple of other purchases from the same auction cost me a big chunk of change. Maybe, I will just order AR & AK 30 round mages due to Bidens speech today and the fact he made it clear as crystal he is coming after them. Yep, I think that is the better solution for now - at least until I sell some stuff and can afford another AR or AK (only have two AKs - one by Century Arms and the other a Bulgarian by Arsenal). So mags it is for now.

ETA: Got 10 Magpul Gen M3 AR mags and 10 Croatian AK mags.

Did not buy a new one today but put a Glock 19 GEN3 on order at a local gun store that participates in Glock's Blue Label Program. I already had a Glock 19 GEN4 on order but today, the dealer told me that Glock informed them they will discontinue, or have already discontinued, and no longer will ship GEN4 pistols. Today, once told that, I put an order in for a Glock 19 GEN3, which supposedly Glock is still making & shipping. If and when I get that, I will sell my GEN5 Glock 19s.

So, if you were thinking of getting one, that is a Glock GEN4 pistol, you may want to get whatever your dealer has in stock now. Oddly enough, and I do not know why while discontinuing the GEN4, they supposedly will continue manufactiring & shipping Glock 19 GEN3 pistols and; of course, will continue with GEN5. In my opinion though, after detail stripping a Glock 19 GEN5, the GEN5s should be avoided as having a less than desirable design. That the design is not desirable also was iterated to me by someone in the assembly area of Glock just recently for the same reason(s) I had thought it a poor design; thus I put a GEN4 on order last month and today put a GEN3 on order.
