Had time to kill on lunch break and picked up a 700 in 6.5cm from the pawn shop. Been looking for a rifle to do some long range shooting and this one should fit the bill. Scope plugs were never removed so don't think its ever been shot. Has the x-mark pro adjustable trigger also. Now I just need a scope mount and rings for it.

I have been wanting a birthday gun for some time. This Winchester showed up on TGT the other day and I got right on it as it was made the year after my birthday. Close enough for me. 30/30 lever action for a good price. Picked it up Thursday after work.

    Gunz are icky.
    Took a different path today.

Ben sorta kinda half-heartedly looking for a poly framed gun for throw down duty.
Thought I’d give the Mossberg MC2sc a try.

Pretty much tics off on all the modern check points for a small 9mm.
    Night sights
    Cut for RMR
    15rds capacity.
Grippy surfaces all over the place.
    No safety.
Came with two mags. 10rd flush fit. 14rd extended.
Shot it just now. Had one fail to feed about three rounds into the second magazine. After that 180 rds flawless. Both 115 and 124grainers.
Gun shoots right dead on point of aim at 21ft for my eyes. I’m loving that.
Gotta find some spare mags and a holster next.

Looks like a glock. Functions like a glock. Must be a glock.

    Very nice.
Does the PPK9 have grip safety or only trigger safety? (hard to tell from the picture)
And yes, I can google it. But 1. I am too lazy and 2. I am engaging in something called "socializing" here. :)
    It's got a trigger safety. It's a PPQ. Don't have a PPK.......yet.

This economy is hitting everybody hard. Moonpie can't even afford name-brand Glocks anymore....

Bought this from another member while I was in Austin this weekend.
Finally got a chance to take the ppq to the range. Put 150 rounds through it (50 Federal, 50 Fiocchi, and 50 Blazer) all 115gr. It's a pretty sweet pistol. Twice the slide didn't lock back on an empty magazine (which admittedly could be a hand placement error on my part). But it had no other types of malfunctions. Pretty darn accurate. I will more than likely put some talon grips on it. All in all I'm happy!

I have one too with a red dot mounted. I like it, but I never carry it because the p365 just fits me better. Good little gun though.
