Well, ain't a gun THIS time - but a buddy in Oregon is going by to check this out for me. If it checks out, it'll get tossed on a truck headin' for Texas.

I didn’t buy it, but for our 6th anniversary my wife bought it for me. We got engaged when they were pre-selling them and money was tight when we were first dating. Because I bought her ring earlier that year decided to not go in debt on a pistol. She knew I really wanted one at the time, so she surprised me today. 100 years BattleShip Texas

Not really a buy but a trade. went to the range a while back with my daughter so she could try out her new Shield 9mm ez. I had my 1911 22 caliber. The target was about 15 feet away and she hit it maybe 4 times out of fifty. She never wanted to mess with guns and I didn't force it. So I let her shoot the 22 1911 and she started hitting the target a lot more. So she asked me to trade her the 1911 22 for her shield and I declined the trade. I told her she needed to practice more, but so far she hasn't so I swapped guns with her. Two in the chest from a 22 are better than none with a 9mm.

So now I got a 9mm shield with no ammo! At least she can shoot the 22! Gave her 600 rounds to go with it.

Went looking for a good deal on mags, but walked out with this. Pre-lock model 36 Lady Smith. Smudgy in the pics, but the bluing is flawless, and the grips are nice too. Don’t think it’s been shot much. Not too crazy about the ”lady smith” script, but it’s not like I’ll be shooting it while wearing pink crocs. May put some bigger grips on it too.

Loading the mag correctly is key, but easy. I like mine a lot. One issue I'm having is light primer strikes. I'm also shooting older ammo so I haven't ruled that out. Curious if yours goes bang everytime.
Just came FedEx this afternoon.....will try it out Sunday if possible....

No light primer strikes on the P322......ran CCI mini mags without any malfunctions......

Really disappointed it wouldn't cycle standard velocity like the Ruger SR22...........

May ditch the red dot for the iron sights..............
