Get the alignment checked. Chances are the car has too much toe angle. My hunch is they may have given you a sloppier tire to hide the problem and make you happy.

ETA: Factory specs often are a bit heavy on the toe. Case in point, the Camaro is supplied with two alignment specs - one for "street" and one for "track use". What's the difference? Double the toe angle on the street for starters.

Have one scheduled in a week. The machine at my usual alignment shop is down until Monday...

Was just talking to someone about this today. Alignment machines have made people stupid.

Wheeled it outside to clean it. After some minor repairs.

At the shop right now… KC stage 2 turbo, No Limit downpipe, CPX Stroker pump, full piping, SPE Fuel Filter kit and a few other small goodies.

Have had a few hiccups but should be ready early next week.

Had a LED headlight bulb go on the fritz. Getting to it was a pain but got it replaced and all is good.

After waiting a week for a fuel fitting to come in, she's all buttoned up. Shop is doing some test drives and it should go in for an alignment today since the trackbar mount was swapped out.

Should be good for 650-700rwhp and 1300-1400rwtq
Louder than hell but I'm mentally a child so it works.

Got my motor mount brackets made up and tacked in. Put the weight on the frame for the first time to make sure it'll be high enough. Looks like it's going to work just fine.

Fine, you've convinced me; I'll buy the burgers and you do the flying.
Or we could make it interesting and switch. I fly RC planes and don't crash 'em too often anymore plus, I once flew a Cessna straight n level for about 10 minutes.

I used to fly Microsoft Flight Simulator, flew to where I used to live upstate NY, used a Cessna. I would fly in real time finding an airstrip to land when I got tired. Take off the next day until I arrived. One time I flew across the Gulf and around mountains in Mexico because I couldn't reach the altitude to go over some mountains.

I pulled one head off the El Camino. I have to pull the other one. Head Gasket was bad, I think .It was leaking coolant from the seam. I will have to inspect every carefully to see If the block is alright. I will put vortec heads on it .
