I had a Martini action made into a .218 Mashburn Bee. Nice little gun for prairie dogs and the like. Don't have the gun or the dies anymore, I was always trading and buying and selling back in the day. JJ

For the most part I try to keep my calibers within the most common, but the most uncommon I do shoot is a Winchester 1892 38-40 rifle with the octagonal barrel.

The ammo isn't super cheap so I do reload that, along with .308.

I used to have a Makarov that shot the 9mm "short" Makarov rounds. Still available at Academy and a few other places. I used that gun in my CHL class years ago. I have to admit that my wife borrowed a Glock 17 from our daughter and out scored me a bit on the range part of the class.

I still have a "thing" for the strange and obscure. The interesting thing is some of my used to be obscure calibers are now somewhat mainstream.

Not really "off beat" however not common either: .257 Weatherby Magnum, rifle and .41 Remington Magnum revolver.

I have a couple that aren’t really unusual but aren’t very common either. 22 Hornet and 375 H&H mag.
My mom has my dads old 32 S&W but I’ve never had the opportunity to shoot it.
