Just bought a Leatherman Skeletool a couple of days ago.
    Gonna give it a try.
Seems like a nicely made piece.

I have tool bags everywhere - house, garage, truck, office. They all have the same tools. I'm not big on multitools because IMO 1 tool that does a half ass job at everything isn't as good as a tool bag that can handle more jobs and make it look professional. I've got 5-8 multitools all around the house that I don't use.
    Sorry if I'm trolling.

I am kind of the same mindset but amulti tool in a range bag actually will be used from time to time as well one in the console of your truck.

I am exactly the same way. For years and years I never liked multitools because they are mostly crap, in general they are much higher quality than they used to be 15-20 years ago. I carry a multitool in my pocket all the time now, but only use it when I'm away from the house and not near my vehicle. It's handy to have in the absence of real tools.

You should get the Skeletool CX. The difference is the CX has a blade made out of 154CM. I have never had a blade that stayed as sharp for so long. They sell an optional bit pack for like $15.00 that adds a lot of handy bits made for it. I keep them in my computer bag, and can handle almost anything in an emergency...
