    I drive 55 miles (round trip) to work. My 2005 Silverado gets 14 to 15 mpg(combination-city/Hwy). I had get a small car (2003 KIA Rio) that gets 30mpg. I fill up once a week, now.:)

    with the price of gas "for me" a big truck just isn't worth it.before my toyota tacoma I had a dodge that was lucky to get 13 mpg..OUCH!!!

    Can't remember if I posted or not.

    '04 diesel Excursion. 2 recent trips to Austin both towing and not, good conditions and not. All HWY miles mixed with back road small town stopping.

    Towing #7000+ - 14.5-15 MPG
    Not towing/good conditions/conservative speeds - 18-19 MPG
    Not towing/not so good conditions/not so conservative speeds - 17 MPG

    '08 MB CLK350
    Mixed commuter driving/top up or down - 21-22 MPG

    Man, paid $3.89 for horse piss 87 octane today. God, we need to bomb the hell out of Saudi Arabia and take it over, this is getting ridiculous. I'm am joking of course, but still. ;)

    I drive a '02 Dodge Ram with a 5.9 gas motor and 4WD. I get 11-14 mpg. I don't drive it during the week too much because of work. I have been thinking about buying a motorcycle.

    '07 MINI Cooper S - 27 City and 35 Highway if I can keep it at 75 mph or below (which is difficult because the car keeps whispering, "Faster, faster!").
