Back when I bought this house there was an old planter pot with this tree or whatever the hell growing out of it. Im not sure if its an actual tree or a damn weed on steroids. Ive never seen leaves like it before

Gum tree? We had a tree when I was young, and I recall leaves that looked similar. Dad called it a gum tree. May or may not be the same but it’s what I remember

My plant identification app says it's a red, or common mulberry.
Which app is this? Looks like a red mulberry based off the google image results. Apparently they can have widely varying leaves but I found some examples on google that match

Mine too (PictureThis). Someone planted one of those in a bed right by the living room windows in my current house. I cut it way back a few months ago but I'll probably pull the entire thing. I didn't know what it was at the time of trimming but not sure why you would plant a tree that close to a house.

Same as dsgrey - PictureThis. You have to pay for it, but it is bad-ass.
