Hera is a rundown based on my personal experience.
I am not saying this is absolute, or even that it mirrors your experiences, just my observations.

In order of loudness, quietest first.
    1 Aguila Colibri 420 FPS
2 Aguila Super Colibri 600 FPS
    3 CCI Quiet 710 FPS
    4 Aguila Subsonic 1020 FPS
    5 CCI Suppressor 970 FPS
5 American Eagle Suppressor 45 gr 970 FPS
    6 Gemtech 42 gr 1020 FPS
    6 RWS subsonic 1000 FPS
    7 CCI SV 40 gr 1050 FPS
    8 Aguila SSS 60 gr 950 FPS
Note that 1-3 WILL NOT cycle a semi auto.
5-7 is really close in sound to me.
My favorite suppressor load is by far the AE Suppressor. I have shot a lot of it. It can be found for $30/brick, is copper washed, not too dirty, and accurate enough for plinking.

As a side note, the 33 gr Remington CeeBee at 750 FPS, is freaking loud.
I don’t know if the batch I got was out of spec or what, but I don’t see how you can make such a bang and only push a 33gr bullet to 750 FPS.

Mine haven’t been. I pop armadillos with those and out of my suppressed 10/22 they are pretty quiet. One of the more quiet HP that I’ve tried. I’d like to get more but haven’t seen them in stock recently.

I've found CCI Standard velocity plenty quiet enough. That and the fact that it's very reliable has kept me from trying others on my suppressed rifles . No experience with pistols, but I have a Volquartson threaded barrel on the way for my S&W Victory, so that will soon change.

Tell me again how soap and water in the kitchen sink is a nightmare?
Nightmare is having th lip of your K baffle break off and having to send it back to be repaired.

Soap and water won't get rid of lead buildup. Carbon is no big deal, it's the lead accumulation that's problematic. I really wouldn't want to put a bunch of lead in the kitchen sink, that's an issue all in it's own. Aluminum is much softer than stainless, so you can't use any aggressive cleaning methods. A nice ultra sonic is the easiest way to clean baffles, but can't put aluminum in that either. I'm unsure how you're breaking K baffles, and most rimfire cans aren't really even using traditional K baffles anymore- they use some type of hybrid or newer designs on them.
