What Sight Would You Throw on An M1A SOCOM 16?

I'd probably throw an eotech on there.

Did this. See how I like it. I'm used to Eotechs, so went with what I know.

I would throw on a longer barrel. That muzzle blast and noise will suck.

It's really not that bad. The SOCOM II I shot wasn't noticeably any worse than anything else I shot. Of course I had ear pro on, so your mileage may vary. Didn't see any flames, but it was bright and shiny outside. I do, however, have a 10" barreled AK in 7.62x39 which throws a giant fireball no matter how bright it is outside.
