Fried chicken, meatloaf, catfish.

Well, you got two out of three there! Fried chicken, the next day, best if cold for me! Meatloaf, sliced and warmed up in a cast iron skillet and made into a sandwich. Catfish for me is always best eaten just after it's been cooked. Just never to me tastes as good when rewarmed up. I have tried several different ways of rewarming catfish, and it just never does taste the same as freshly cooked.

I forgot, leftover/reheated Chile Verde with flour tortillas is great!!! (At least the way I make it, with lots of red wine, it is.)

BBQ chicken. I love the smoked smell coming off of the chicken, after reheating in the microwave.

My wife loves cold pizza, but I don't even like reheated pizza. Only fresh out of the oven for me. And pizza is always better with beer!

Hhhhmmm, for breakfast I ate the macaroni left over from last nights pasta salad with steak chunks, with an unassuming, but rather piquant salad dressing of olive oil and various herbs and spices.

Alas, no steak bits left in the mac...sigh.

My wife loves cold pizza, but I don't even like reheated pizza. Only fresh out of the oven for me. And pizza is always better with beer!

My wife reheats pizza in a air fryer for 3-5 mins and it taste like it just came out of the oven ,much better than microwave!

Wife’s Greek pasta salad. It sits in that dressing and soaks up all that flavor overnight. Awesome stuff.

Before fancy air fryers I just turned a toaster on it side or heated it in a skillet.

Leftover (3 days old) Chinese hot/spicy CHICKEN CURRY from WEN WAH. = Their "HILLBILLY-sort of Chinese curry" seems to be BETTER after a couple of days in the fridge.
CONFESSION: The WEN WAH curry usually doesn't last that long, with the addition of some fresh rice. = It's ADDICTIVE.

Lasagna.
The first serving is cooked twice. Cooked in the early afternoon and reheated for dinner.
Leftovers are actually the third cooking.
