What's cooking tonight?

So what does everybody have cooking/grilling/baking tonight?

At my wife's family we have ribs, tripas(intestines), fajita, pork, bacon wrapped jalapenos on the grills(they have 4)?

My friend Bonnie and I have been experimenting with our Wolfgang Puck Pressure ovens. For New Years eve, we cooked a whole Chicken and had Taters, gravy and carrots.

For New Years day, we cooked a 7.7 pound pork roast with gravy and a big salad.

Pinto beans with salted sow belly and boudin. Hot damn, young'n is finally learning to cook real food. Been a chore trying to teach them to cook.
