Everybody needs ideas for supper. Post your dinner. Spread the knowledge so your fellow man can make a decent dinner without using creation will power. Besides, it's hard to think when you're hungry.

    As for me,

Tonight's dinner is Chicken Fried Pork Fingers. Side dish is going to be potato something.

Deep fryer cuts dish count down. No pots to scrub.

When you leave in the morning put a beef shoulder cut with golden mushroom on top in the crock pot for 8 hours. You can substitute tomato sauce etc. When you get home shred the meat and serve with egg noodles/rice and a veggie of your choice. This should set you up with some lunch fixings too.

Been brining pork steaks since Saturday. Grilled the last one on hickory today. Having green giant healthy vision veggie blend and black beans for sides.

Brining pork has changed my life

I wanted to take a picture last night.

Ribeye, think cut - Scalding hot cast iron pan with butter. Sear one side then flip it over and throw it in the oven cranked all the way up for just a couple of minutes.

Asparagus - Coat with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Put it on a cookie sheet and in the oven.

Show crab legs - Boiled in cayenne water.

    Salado
    Tuna Casserole

    1. Tuna
    2. Egg Noodles
    3. Peas
    4. Broccoli
    5. 2 cans of Cream of Chicken and Mushroom
    6. Spices
    7. Other veggies as needed

    • Boil the egg noodles
    • layer them in a glass casserole dish
    • dump on the tuna and veggies
    • smother it in cream of mushroom and chicken
    • spices
    • layer once again with egg noodles.
    • Bake at 375 for 45 minutes and done.

Cheap and easy to make if you want or slightly more expensive if you go the spices route like I do to add that special taste.

Frozen leftover chili that the meat was smoked. Seasoned with grill roasted dehydrated chili peppers. It's going over rice.

    Cornbread too.
