I tried to make a Blooming Onion in the air fry instant pot.
Pretty good with a dipping sauce.
Not as good as restaurant deep fried. Probably healthier.

Finished product. This is an 800 calorie plate. My bride knows how to feed the beast. Still 85 lbs down since July 1, 2020. Will drop 10 more and call it good. One way or the other- I need volume and this is it. Just glad it tasted awesome!

Wife is making Chicken Alfredo, and spaghetti with meat sauce, with mushrooms, onions and bell peppers, along with some garlic toast.

What's for dinner - that is a good question tonight. I hope it is not going to be Chef Boyardee canned pasta. The pooch is having Purina True Instinct turkey with venison dry food. She gets it mixed with canned in the mornings or sometimes with other things like some steak or freshly cooked scrambled eggs now and then but at night lately, it's been just dry food.
