Made elk chili last night, it was fantastic. Great leftovers for today.
Thin sliced chicken titty. Folded over parmesan and mozzarella cheese with some jalapeno slices. Wrapped in bacon. Toothpicks to hold it down. Smeared with some BBQ sauce. Splash here and there with Tabasco. Ground pepper. Grilled with some pecan smoke.
Grilled baked Potatoes in foil. Broccoli and cauliflower off the stove.
I'm hungry. I seriously want a chance to eat some of your grilling.

Headed home to make some chicken-fried deer cutlets. With obligatory mashed potatoes and green beans.
Too busy cooking to post.
Cooked for 19 yesterday.
Turducken; chicken, okra and andouille gumbo; ham; dirty rice,
green bean casserole; and sweet potato pie.
Had to fight to keep some leftovers for tonight.
Here's the 16lb turducken, ready to serve
Freezing cold here in DFW yesterday, so a big pot of elk chili was in order.
Last of the Christmas leftovers for lunch:
Turducken, with gravy and green bean casserole.
Turducken made a hellavu gravy ...
Ringing in the New Year, next door to Texas style:
Seafood (shrimp, crab, oyster) & Sausage (andouille) Gumbo:
The GF made some recipe off Facebook. Whatever it was named. It's a chicken goulash. Pretty good but has some fancy name. "Tuscany Mac&cheese with Sun dried tomatoes"...
Whatever, It's chicken goulash.
Okra and salmon, both cooked sous vide.
Mac & cheese (and one lonely, leftover asparagus).
Except for in a gumbo, don't think I will ever cook okra any other way after this.
