Polished off the carne guisada, rice, chips, and salsa, with tortillas. Not bad if I do say so myself!

I love breakfast food for dinner.

Sometimes when I can't think of something to fix for dinner, breakfast for dinner works pretty good. Not a lot of prep work, or planning. Easy to make and tastes good.
Sometimes I have pancakes for dinner. Occasionally an ice cream sundae.
Sometimes I do pancakes for dinner as well, with sausage or bacon on the side. Again, another easy to make dinner.

Wife wanted Popeyes chicken. This is what bidenomics has done. We got 2 2-piece dinners, that little container with 2 tablespoons of mashed potatoes and gravy is 2 servings, there’s a small amount of coke slaw too. 2 fountain drinks that were watery on the side and it came to $17.95. The picture is $9.00 of chicken, a leg and thigh. Never again will we go to that bunch of thieves.
