I’m having toasted sourdough with slice of Cure 81 ham on top. One of those so simple. So good deals. I thought about frying the ham to get a littl color on it, but I’m just that lazy tonight.

Damn if I didn’t wish my wife would get well. Now she doesn’t want here niece & nephew stay with us because she is sick. Nephew said they got no problem helping us out. The master bathroom is getting to be a scary place.

Baked spaghetti.
Basically leftover spaghetti with the sauce mixed in, sausages around the edge of the casserole and mozzarella all over the top. Small sprinkle of basil on top After heating.
