The wife niece & nephew are stopping by tomorrow on the escape from Commiepornia, heading to Baton Rouge. Guy he worked for in commiepornia is setting him up to run a dog training facility. His sister will run the office. I promice them I fed them Bar B Que and the choose ribs. Got two slabs pf pork spare ribs in the fridge with salt & pepper rub. I'll do them with some pecan wood, getting spritzed with apple juice, apple cider vinegar & water after 4 hours.Goibg to do Molases beans with bacon, bag salad & frzn french fries. I can't go full blown throw down with the wife sick, she didn't want them here. So I have been doing all kinds of house hold shit like laundry all day. I wish Amazon had not fucked up the belt for the vacuum. Sweeping them mopping section. I'm really aint going to finsh that but at least the house is semi clean for their 3 dogs & cart. Crat gets to stay out side sorry I'm allergic.

2 days here then, they are going over to see their Grandparents for brunch. Their mom lives in Gladewater,Texas so she on their list of stops. Hopefully this set up is for real & the kids can make a living.He is a combat vet of Iraq & Afghanistan & deserve a good life.

Wife is using her aunt's goulash recipe, and I'm making soft fried potatoes, biscuits and green beans cooked in butter and bacon slices to go with the goulash.

Also some grilled jalapeno poppers. Ground spicy sausage mixed with cream cheese and wrapped with bacon! Oh so good!

I have often wondered if Fox Pizza in Elkhart was the same Fox Pizzas was buy the house in Houston? I really liked the one in Houston. IIRC it was a franchise out of Ohio.

Whether related to the one in Houston, that I don't know but it is a franchise, and I believe out of Ohio best I remember. They use to have some damn good food there, but they have slipped in the last couple of years.
