Hambone navy bean soup, grilled tenderloin and air fried potatoes.

Beef stew, cooked veggies ninjerated and added back with beef fat and flour roux and potatoes added poured over large buttered buttermilk drop biscuits.

Navy bean soup poured over jalapeño cheddar cheese muffins.

Big hot cocoa.

...again.

Cooked some bacon earlier, so I'm having a bacon cheddar patty melt, salad, and cucumbers with sour cream.

Hard to pair a wine with this, most of it works best with a sharp white, but the beef needs a full body red, so I split the different and went with an Australian Pinot Noir.

An old thick balsamic vinegar is excellent sparsely drizzled over pan seared scallops.

It is. I’ve got an 18 year aged balsamic that’s nearly thick as molasses. It’s a bit too sweet for scallops but is wonderful on vanilla bean ice cream.

Change from Tots to some scalloped potatoes and made an artichoke salad. House stinks of Romano cheese. That’s what I get for being to lazy grate some cheddar.
