    Out here by the lake!
Our air fryer makes great wings..we spray them with a little coconut or olive oil.
Can't taste the oil but it makes them get brown and crispy

Hughes makes a line of sugar free sauces that are out of this world
I just usually have teriyaki and mild hot
I just dust them with greek seasoning. The one thing I wish the air fryer was bigger for. Dusting them with baking powder works, but the cannot be touching.

Homemade bacon on whole wheat toast with a bunch of micro greens and a slice of some kind of cheese, veggies on the side. Well, that didn't work out since a neighbor needed something and set my schedule off by a couple of hours, so I just had a cold cut sandwich with all those greens. Had to stand on it for a couple of minutes to get it flattened enough to get my mouth around it.

Curry pork loin with tomatoes, onion, celery, carrots, and steamed rice. Mine got a generous dose of powdered cayenne, wife and kid had to put up with mild version.

Danged feral hogs tearing up everything, but they sure are tasty.

Finally finished off the baked chicken I made 2 nights ago. 4 dusted with Blazin Bird, 4 dusted with Spicy Italian herb, 4 dusted with spicy sundried tomato.

Green beans and diced fried potatoes. I don't eat many potatoes, but I like the red potatoes with rosemary, garlic and onion, fried a little crispy. The olive oil gives a nice flavor.

Add in some frozen green beans, and we had a nice dinner.
Making a hatch chili meatloaf tomorrow night.
