I just finished peeling shrimp & making a marinade for some garlic ginger shrimp I wish a had a single serrano pepper & some cilantro. Ilike finish shrimp with a flambé of some Everclear/

Manwich. The wife hates it (no pun) so I typically make it when she's not around. I add a diced onion, green pepper, and plenty of fresh jalapenos. Served with a side of potato salad.
