    Speaking of NM food I need to make some Posole.
    Last weekend we all attended a Wedding for my wife's youngest son. He is married to a Mexican lady in Cleburne. The night before we went to his wife's parents home. Her mother made the very Posole that I have ever had. She is an incredible cook. I am saying this after many years of NM Mexican food, best in the world.

    This is where we part ways.
    Tex-Mex is better than New-Mex food.
    I spent enough time in NM to make up my own mind.
