    Grilled drumsticks and green beans tonight.


    My daughter stopped by and did fancy green beans with crushed garlic and tomatoes. I was skeptical but it tasted great. Pan fried those together.

    Mediterranean chicken patties (Aldi find) and wilted spinach. 44 grams of protein from freezer to table in 15 minutes, total cost about $4.
