It was a cool autumn day in SETX. So, I did some ribs low and slow.

Growing up salmon patties & fish sticks(not fillets) where the only hot fish my mom would cook. Hate both still to this day. I pretty much only like salmon smoked or cured into loxs. After working seafood for 30+ years I pretty much don't like salmon

I spun a couple of birds yesterday while doing chores. Injected with Tony’s and smoked 3 hours with hickory. Winner winner chicken dinner

I cooked some burgers in the cast iron skillet Friday evening and they turned out pretty good. Not my normal method of cooking burgers, but I didn't feel like starting up my grill outside.

Made some home made french fries and some Ranch style beans to go with them.

Getting ready to make a big batch of my home made chili this week!

Two frozen White castle burgers heated in the microwave oven and I took two Jimmy Dean sausage patties and added one to each burger. Different way to dress up those belly bombs and delicious for a quick bite.
