I made pickled red onions the other day. They were ready to eat today. Really a nice cheap condiment for smoked & grilled meats. I even drizzled the pickling brine over my chicken. View attachment 254951
I was thinking that they would be even better caramelized on a burger!I made some a couple weeks ago. Love them on tacos.
