I haven't decided on what's for dinner yet. Wife is spending the night at her mother's house tonight to keep an eye on her, so I get be a bachelor tonight!

Might have some leftover pepperoni pizza from last night, or I might have a grilled peanut butter, bacon and cheese sandwich with some french fries!

We were suppose to have meatloaf the other night, but the wife brought pizzas from Little Caeser's instead, so it's going to be meatloaf tonight, along with some soft-fried potatoes with onions, and green beans.

BTW, we covering all the bases. The meatloaf will be wrapped with bacon!

I made pickled red onions the other day. They were ready to eat today. Really a nice cheap condiment for smoked & grilled meats. I even drizzled the pickling brine over my chicken. View attachment 254951

I made some a couple weeks ago. Love them on tacos.

Grilled some venison sausage tonight, had it with diced roasted sweet potatoes and green beans.

    No pics....

SOS on toast, "topped with" fried eggs OVER-MEDIUM & coffee.
    (I use the so-called WWI-era 10th Mountain Division recipe.)
