Had to warm up the last baked potato, loaded it with some brisket, lots of butter, BBQ sauce and bacon bits.

Thin sliced smoked eye of round for sammichs. Had to use hamburger buns. Toasted the buns, mayo, brown mustard with provolone. An $8.00 sammich easily, nice change from a burger or que.

We had 11, counting us 2, over for lunch after church.
Big roast from a half beef. Not much left over, but today momma threw some taters and such in a skillet and added some shredded roast to it. Green beans with bacon.
Anyway. It was mighty tasty and plenty filling.

Made myself a grilled peanut butter, bacon and cheese sandwich with some chips last night for dinner. Pretty danged good!
