Don't know about dinner and skipped lunch but breakfast was good. Took about 3/4 of a pound of thawed out crawfish tails and threw them in a pan with 1/8 pound of butter, 1/3 cup of bread crumbs (Progresso Herb & Garlic) and some oil. Had that with a couple of hot biscuits. It was yummy. Also made some of them, about 1/4 pound, plain. Found out my dog likes the plain tails with some hot sauce. Then I remembered they had the hot sauce on them - whoops. She's been okay though and she wanted more.

My wife made an autumn sheet pan dinner tonight. It was amazing but I think I might be in a colon-blo 5000 type situation. I am about 45 minutes post eating and I think I might die from a biological gas attack.

Years ago an older coworker was told by another worker that he should eat healthier foods. He made the reply that he would rather eat the foods he had enjoyed for 70 years than to eat healthy foods and live to be 100 and not enjoy it.

She says she just roasted it in the oven for 15 minutes, took it out to rotate everything then roasted for 10 more minutes and it was done. It was amazing

I'm thinking a basamic vinegar glaze might give it more depth of flavor.
