Last night: pork and jalapeño tamales from Rueben’s Tacos in San Antonio paired with queso and chili con carne, avocados, and homemade pico de gallo.

Tonight: pork butt stew and fresh Mexican cornbread.

If I don’t get off KP soon my navel is going to need its own freight cart.

    Did the "Hot Ones" Challenge.

    "Classic" Mild = meh
"Los Calientes" Medium = better but not great
"Apollo: The Last Dab" Xtra Hot = was pretty f'n hot

All the sauces tasted like they were vinegar based. Glad I tried it but not going to buy again. I prefer tomato based hot sauces like Pepper Palace's "Ghost in the Darkness" (really good sh&t). If you are unfamiliar with "Hot Ones" it's a question answer interview show with famous people while they eat spicier and spicier chicken wings. It can be interesting. Episodes on Youtube.

I watched a few of those. It was pretty entertaining. Kristen Bell was funny and Dax Shepard.
