I spare no expense on my combat boots and running shoes.... wont blink an eye at 200 plus, everything else, I stay away from "payless" or walmart type shoes but still shop on a budget...
what kind of combat boots do you buy? just curious and agree with the stay away from payless or WM for these items

I have spent about $160 on work boots, latest were 5.11 ATAC boots, tried WM boots once and they lasted less than a week. Tennis shoes are NEw Balance, haven't found anything that I like better, I think I spent about $65 on them.

I buy my tennis shoes at WM most of the time. They seem to work just fine.
I can't buy boots from WM cause they aint got no 11 1/2s at the one in Cedar Park! LOL

When you wear a size 15 you pay whatever is necessary.
I wood hate to see your shoe bill.
I had a friend whose uncle had one foot that was a size 14 or 15 (I can't remember which exactly) and his other foot was a size 13. He would only buy custom made boots because if he tried, the store would make him buy two pair.

Since I was a youngster I've had problems with clothing. When you are 6'4" you're supposed to be either thin or fat; not average build for height. I was of an average build, so I had to buy jeans two sizes too big in the waist to get the correct length. That sort of paid off when bell-bottoms went away in lieu of straight-leg jeans. I had to rip-out the seams in the lower leg to get them to fit over my calves, (I had/have very muscular legs).

Needless to say, I do not keep much of a wardrobe.
