Just ordered a Swampfox Sentinel Red Dot for my Shadow Systems CR920. I bought it used so no spacers were included for some reason. I've already ordered the kit with spacers from Shadow Systems but the Red Dot will get here before the spacers kit. Can I mount the red dot without the spacer? What's the point of the spacer, does it help in keeping zero or is it just a filler for the space left by the red dot?
