I just recently watched the Mini-Series (3-part) "Hatfields and McCoys" starring Kevin Costner. I thought it was pretty good...it made me want to watch "Wyatt Earp" by Director Lawrence Casdan. Also a great Western and one I believe to be better than "Tombstone" which was a good movie, just not as good of a version of the Wyatt Earp story as the Kevin Costner/Dennis Quaid/Isabella Rosellini version.
I believe "Unforgiven" to be my top Western (Clint Eastwood is my favorite Western actor)...then maybe the Lonesome Dove series... Sergio Leone movies like "They Call Me Nobody"
    What is your favorite?
I am interested in watching something I havent seen yet.

Open Range, saw the movie with my good-friend who served with me in Vietnam. I love the scene were Kevin Costner, walks up to the bad, pulls his weapon and bam shoots him dead. Both my friend Dennis and I shouted, now that how you kill some one in a gun fight.

I'm pretty much a fan of all the clint eastwood spaghetti westerns.

Tombstone is a movie that gets watched 2-3 times a year in my house.
Good bad and the ugly and Josey Wales are my favorites. But dang they're all good.
