Those grips are Barami Hip Grips. I used to sell them. I put them on all of my small revolvers. I have a lot of "new old stock" of them.My 357 mag with the "flared out" grip on the right side so as to hook it in your pocket or on your waist. It's extremely comfortable and hides all but the grip. Ya' just got to hold on to it pretty tight if you are shooting 357 mag cartridges! (38 Specials are not quite as tough!)
