    Weak motors in those. And in the 4 Runners. Seems that 6 cyclinder is just underpowered. A friend had a Highlander, and same thing.

    I have a 4Runner with a blown head gasket. I am hesitant to replace it. If I could find a motor that has more power I would do it. I had to have it on the floor to get it to 75 on the highway.
    I like these trucks and 4 runners because you can't stop them. They go for hundreds of thousands of miles.

    LOVE those 59's!!!! I love the early 60's as well even though they tamed down the fins. Those Caddy's were the rage back then. I saw a 59 Barritz at the Dallas Mecum show a few years back 2011 i think? Gorgeous convert that was perfect.
