I may be in that area on the 26th or 27th. I would gladly meet up if I can. Ammo or not.
If I have something else you can use I would be willing to trade.

Well that analogy is apt because while I don't doubt other's issues with the Winchester ammo, it functioned perfectly for me. My Victory ate 100rds of it without a hiccup Saturday morning. I went to Academy that afternoon and bought the last box they had at the sale price :)

Roberto is 100% accurate. The last time I shot some, one in five were a misfire. It was horrible.

We may be shutting the plant down for a short turnaround next week, but if you will be here in the evening, id be happy to grab it and meet you somewhere. Its just collecting dust in an ammo box. Ill look tonight and see how much I have. If we shut down, ill be getting off work between 5 and 7, if not, it'll be 330. I have plenty of .22 ammo so no need for a trade. All my rifles love the aguila super extra standard velocity eve over the CCI stuff.

Just shoot me a PM when you know for sure.

FYI, Cabela's has CCI 22 Quiet ammo on sale for $3.29 a box.

Had a good amount of stock there. I bought a brick, and you couldn't even tell it was gone from the stack.

I figured one good deed deserved another. Stopped again today and bought another 500.

I stopped by Cabela's Ft. Worth today, plenty of different selections for rimfire ammo. Lots of .22LR, not the greatest prices, but plenty of it.

I paid 8₵/rd delivered for CCI minimags @ Palmeto. Still too high but I have some now.

buy out of state, avoid the 8.25% tax, there's a few online retailers that provide free shipping (possibly with coupon, which is easily googleable). I got 6500 rounds of federal champion target grade 40 gr for $380, free shipping, no sales tax from target sports

It's great to see .22 back down to around 4 cents/round. I was happy at 6 after the drought, but it just keeps getting better.

Also, I love your use of the term "googleable." I will now be stealing that.
