    Thank You to everyone that tried to help! I did finally find what I needed, for only $.10 each! I now have extras! I found them at a supply store in Irving, called Metric & Multistandard. When I described what I needed, the guy didn't flinch, just asked how many? here's their website, http://www.metricmcc.com/ take a look!

    I took the other one out and took it with me! The Burris FastFire III has two mounting screws.
    ACE HARDWARE SELLS A thread gauge for
    Guns . I picked up one when working on
    One of my BENELLI M1'S. oversized bolt release .The have a couple of trays of
    screws for guns also .

    I am suddenly missing one of the screws that attaches my FastFire III to my pistol's slide, Its a metric .5 x 39 and I can't find one anywhere! Where would you look? I contacted Burris and they said it's not theirs, it must have come with the mount, I contacted Century Arms and they said it must have come with the sight and they don't have one. WTF?
