    Didn't realize you actually cook with the glass and contents inside a pressure cooker. Neat idea.
    Well, the purpose of it is to kill off everything including botulism spores so it will keep for a long time, but yeah you're raising the internal temp to 240°+ and letting it sit there for an hour and a half, so it does cook it some.

    Smart. I knew there was a reason canning was done by all the grandmas =) Need to go back to some of those ole timey ways.

    There is a hardware store on 183 that sells them might be a true value?? It's the only hardware store with a ffl/army surplus I know of. My uncle always goes there.
