Which firearms periodicals are worthwhile?

I subscribe to Handloader. Look forward to every issue. Used to subscribe to Precision Shooting. Broke my heart when they folded.

Handloader is consistently good. Thanks for the reminder. For some reason, I love their powder profiles more than I should.

Precision Shooting, back in the day, was great. It pretty much went to Hades over the last few years of its life and by the time they packed it in, it was no great loss. Still, I have issues going back many years and back when it was good, it was great.

Shotgun News is not what it once was, but it is still worth a subscription. At least they have real, useful ads, not just fodder from manufacturers. All the rest just seem to print the gun of the month, that is circulating with the reviewers.

Double gun Journal. Beyond pricey for a magazine, but it's good stuff, if you're interested in such guns..

I like Shotgun News. The end of year wrap up issue alone is worth the subscription.

I pick up the AR edition Guns and Ammo mags off the news stand whenever I see them.

Otherwise it's the Internet.
