I normally use Burris Signature Zee rings (Weaver-style, with the plastic inserts) when I can. I really like that they are unlikely to make ring marks. But they come in Medium and High, but what I want is Low. So, which Weaver-style rings are least likely to cause marks?
Now I know about lapping rings (thank you, Sinclair Ring Lapping tool) and not over-tightening the rings. But what is my nest choice?
