The ones listed below are the ones I can remember seeing. Probably at least a few left off of the list that accompanied the Grateful Dead (went to several of their shows) Grand Funk Railroad (may have been accompanied Humble Pie but that was long ago in 1970) or that accompanied some other bands.

    Alice Cooper

    Alison Krauss & Union Station

    Black Sabbath

    Blondie

    ETA: Bob Weir

    Charlie Daniels

    Frank Zappa

    Genesis

    Grand Funk Railroad

    Grateful Dead

    Hot Tuna

    Jefferson Airplane

    Joan Osborne

Led Zeppelin (Well almost; waited on lines for two shows for a total of about 2 or three days in the wintertime and got around 10 tickets for each show for myself & friends. Came down with appendicitis and had surgery when they played at Nassau Coliseum and at Madison Square Garden. When at the Garden they allowed a NYC FM radio station to broadcast it live so at least I heard them while I was laid up in my hospital bed.

    Marshal Tucker Band

    Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young

New Riders Of The Purple Sage

    Paul McCartney & Wings

    Simon & Garfunkel

    The Rolling Stones

    Traffic

    Willie Nelson

Damn, you're as old as me or older!
Jesus, I worked in live music for years and started going to shows at 10 years old( first show was Sex Pistols)
    Far too many to list.

I was 11 when my father took us to see Elvis at the Astrodome, during the annual Houston Livestock & Rodeo. That was in 1974, just months before my grandfather passed away. It wasn't just a few weeks after that show, that we moved from Houston to Palestine. Then my grandfather passed away that December, shortly before Christmas.

Yeah, I do remember 1974 pretty vividly.

Quit going to concerts after LZ because the volume of the music physically hurt my ears too much, as did discos as well. Tried cotton which is/was useless. Not much in way of ear protection back then.

You must be about the same age as me. Never got to see the Sex Pistols, but I have seen Circle Jerks, The vandals, Bad Religion. Wasted Youth, Suicidal Tendencies, Shattered Faith, The Clash, Social Distortion and quite a few others. Several of them at house parties when they starting out.

Speaking of opportunities to work around live music, in 1978 or so Pace offered my sister the position of Concert Coordinator for all their shows in and around Houston. The pay was a tad low and she had another job offer so she didn't take it.

When she told me the offer, I hit the ceiling. She didn't realize the value of the total package they offered which included 10 first row tickets and essentially as many backstage passes as she could use to every single concert.

Talk about a missed opportunity! She didn't know what to do with the tickets and she was unsure of herself when it came to fulfilling any special requests made by the talent. She could have subcontracted all that work to me.

I don't know if I'm more pissed off because she missed the opportunity or because I didn't get to glom onto her and live that life along with her.

    Probably the latter. :(

Yep. Have seen several of the bands you listed at house parties as well. Usually it was an after show gig they set up at $5 bucks a head with all of the door going to the band after getting ripped off at what ever club they were playing at. Good times!

You're kidding right? I could be here all day. Let's just say that my first was with my dad and his girlfriend, I was 8, and it was the Beatles. My last concert was Ghost about a year ago, pre covid.
